We provide competitive salaries, reviewed and benchmarked regularly. Flexible working arrangements, including flexi-time and TOIL, support work-life balance. Employees enjoy 30 days of annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time). A contributory pension scheme is also available.
